1. Discussion of the issue
the issue that i encountered was that i accidently saved over the homepage html document that i produced for my webpage, this was because i saved a document to use as a template and accidnelty chose the same name as the homepage document which resulted in the document being saved over.
2. What type of issue was it (Straight forward day to day/Complex day to day issue)
this was a very complex issue because it meant that i had to produce the whole webpage again and to try and get the webpage as close to it previously was using my memory, this took some effort to achieve as this was the first webpage of the four that i produced. this issue to some time solve because it meant i had to start from scratch on a new page.
3. Discuss how you have dealt with issues and problems
To sovle and deal with this issue i decided that i must produce the whole webpage again from scratch, this was because there was no way of me retrieving the document.
4. How did my contribution affect others and vice versa
this did not effect any other my team mates in my group.
5. Discuss whether it was a Long/Short term issue and what will be done about this
